Sewer and Stormwater Projects
- Connelly Road 4-Block Subdivision — Margaret River.
- 112-Block Subdivision OTAN Karratha — Pindan and Rio Tinto (2km sewer, 2km water, 2012).
- 30-Block South Headland Osprey Site — Georgiou and LandCorp (2013).
- Newman 1B — 62 Blocks, Tasman and LandCorp (2013).
- Newman 2B — 70 Blocks, Tasman and LandCorp, 6m deep plastic-lined manholes (2014, $1.3M).
- Newman Shire Stormwater Upgrade — Refuse site and commercial district
- Dunsborough Lakes Stages 1, 1A, 14, 15, 16 — 125 blocks, over 3km subsoil installed.
- Riverslea Stage 8 — 92 lots, 2km sewer and 1.8km stormwater up to 750mm with rain gardens and subsoil drainage.
